Looking to move, but life is busy? Join us at The Lock at Greenford Quay for our Interior Inspirations event for design advice and a turnkey solution to your next home move.

We have partnered with high-end designers, DAPA Atelier, to launch our brand new show home. The apartment is dressed with a luxury interior design package, which is part of an exclusive event-incentive at The Lock. The designer will talk you through the key pieces and design process, provide tips on how to style your home like an interior designer, share the latest design trends and advise how to create living zones to suit busy lifestyles.

Champagne and canapes will be served, as our friendly sales consultants take you on a guided tour around our show homes and the development. Excitingly, we have an exclusive incentive available on just five of our especially selected one-bedroom apartments at The Lock. For those that attend the event and reserve one of the selected apartments by Sunday 15th October, you will be entitled to an exclusive interior design incentive worth £10,000.* There are only five packages available on a first-come-first-served basis and will include:

• DAPA Atelier furniture package with options to suit your taste, worth £8000
• £2000 John Lewis voucher to purchase accessories that suit your style
• Delivery and installation of all items on a selected day*

Terms & Conditions

*This incentive is only available to the following apartments: A-80, B-11; B-29, B-51 and B-122, subject to status and availability. This incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other Telford Homes incentives or promotions. 

Customers have the option to work with DAPA Atelier (capped at three hours of DAPA Atelier’s time) to design their home (limited to furnishings available in the furniture packs pre-agreed between Telford Homes and DAPA Atelier, and shall for the avoidance of doubt not permit any structural or non-structural alterations to the apartment) before the Customer moves into their apartment subject to the furniture being readily available to install before the agreed date the Customer contracts to complete the purchase of their apartment. The total value of all furnishings shall be capped at £8,000.

As part of the incentive, Customers will be supplied with an additional £2,000 John Lewis voucher on the completion of the purchase of their apartment. Customers are able to use this voucher to purchase home accessory items of their choice, following the completion of the purchase of their apartment. 

Telford Homes reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this incentive at any time prior to payment of a reservation fee. No cash alternative is available.
